Refund policy

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
video and image should be provided while opening the product it is mandatory.


Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo/video of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, samples, or promotional items.
Products purchased from third-party retailers (contact them directly).


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.
